Our Guest Services teams are available to help on mountain on operational days.

During winter, our lifts are set to operate between 9am-4pm and during summer the Sky Waka operates between 10am-4pm (with the last ride up being 1530pm).
Please ensure you check our daily report on the day of your visit to check we are operating as this is subject to weather conditions, including lift operating times.

We also have a dedicated support team available by phone and email who are available Monday-Sunday during winter and Monday-Friday during summer.
